Background and Aim

Now that we are under attack by viruses, The Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) epidemic by SARS-CoV-2 is spreading worldwide, and by March 1, 2020, 67 countries including corona, we need to pay more attention to the bacteria that have coexisted peacefully in our digestive system for millions of years. Probiotic bacteria live in the gastrointestinal tract, mouth and throat, providing conditions that prevent the growth and multiplication of viruses as well as bacteria and fungi, and leave micronutrients that are effective in strengthening the body. However microbiota are involved in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, allergies, metabolic disorders, neurological obesity and psychological disorders.

Methods

This study data collection by articles in internal databases such as, Irandoc, SID and external databases including Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed, Elsevier, Google Scholar

Results

Direct relationship between the presence of beneficial microbiota, development of immune function has it. Therefore, adjusting the microbiota balance is one of the most important strategies to improve health, microbiome balance caused by regulating the level and type of autoantibodies, beta-cell autoimmunity and appetite regulating hormones and the cellular immune response.

Conclusion

Researchers have for the first time been able to identify the microbial patterns that are associated with the severity of coronary heart disease by examining the relationship between intestinal microbiome and the severity of coronary heart disease.
